Our background in industrial automation distribution as Emolice Ltd allowed us to create a gateway into our own manufacturing business, where our sister company CAS expanded into a fully fitted cable assembly outfit. Shortly after, we were excited to be able to expand and develop both our team and our business even further as we added the third branch to our company, Control Panel Solutions. This then made way for us to combine all of our areas of expertise to become Emolice Contract Manufacturing Solutions.

Our CAS Team
Our Cable Assembly Solutions team (CAS) are proud to be able to offer our customers a range of different services under the umbrella of cable assembly. Our CAS process is simple, we are a build to print organization. This means that we do not design your product, but we are specialists in producing it for you. Our team work from your drawings or alternatively, our in-house CAD technicians can create drawings for you.
And we don’t just offer full builds on products. We also specialise in partial cable and wire preparation services. These assembly services are highly automated using the latest machinery, allowing us to ensure fast turnarounds as well as keeping our prices low.
Cable Assembly Solutions also manufactures a wide range of wiring harness products. Having many years of bespoke loom assembly experience, our wiring harnesses and wiring looms remain at a consistently high standard. In addition to the before mentioned, we can provide full box builds for customers. These can range from simple control boxes to more complex systems forming part of an engineered solution.
